3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our services unless accompanied by a parent/guardian with written consent. Services are available to clients in the UK, EU, and other approved locations.

4. Bookings and Payments

  • Appointments must be booked in advance via our website or direct contact

  • Payment is due in advance or as agreed

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer/cash

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid charges.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

5. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information

  • Follow agreed plans responsibly

  • Inform us of changes in health status or medications

  • Understand that outcomes are not guaranteed.

6. Nutrigenomics and DNA Testing

We partner with trusted third-party laboratories for genetic analysis. By requesting these services, you consent to:

  • Collection and processing of genetic data

  • Secure transfer of data to/from lab partners

  • Use of your results only for your personal wellness plan

We allow third parties to store DNA samples for 6 months (to assist you in further any investigation whilst using the service). After this period they will be destroyed. We will not use your data for research or marketing.
